The other day I was out in the cool of the evening, enjoying a beer and grilling some Salmon. And who happened along to sit with me and give me advice??? It was our very own MAX.. the gourmet chef cat.
He had a couple pointers of how hot the grille should be, how long I should leave the filets on each side.. and one very good tidbit about oil and spices (which I wrote down).
He is a VERY good cat, a great conversationalist and nearly talked me into giving him Heather's filet.

You are lucky he didn't leap up to the grill and take a filet...guess he doesn't really like sushi! Glad his advice for cooking it was good:)
